Notice To Bidders
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Seymour, Indiana will receive sealed bids for asphalt overlay and milling at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer in City Hall of said city until the hour of 11:00 a.m., Sept. 11, 2008 at which time said bids will be opened at the regular scheduled meeting.
Each bidder shall submit his bid on the proper form 96, as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5 percent of the total amount bid will be required. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Special provisions are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
