Notice of Sheriff's Sale

To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties

Date of Sale: 9-25-08

Sale Location: 150 E. State Route 250, Brownstown, IN 47220

Judgment to be Satisfied: $101,858.40

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0710-MF-68

Plaintiff: the Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee

Defendant: Jeffrey L. Riley and Rebecca E. Riley, et al

Required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day as listed above, at, fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

Lot seventy-four (74) Polley Subdivision, Section II, in the City of Seymour, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Drawer 6, page 20, Subject to All liens, encumbrances and easements of record, Parcel No. 17-00004904.

Commonly known as: 624 Sprenger Road, Seymour, IN 47274.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. This Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of the above-described real estate upon the owners, pursuant to requirements of IC 32-29-7-3.
