Jerry Burton Sr., the Father of L.A.B., is hereby notified that the Department of Child Services of Jackson County, Indiana has filed in the Jackson Superior Court, Juvenile Division in Verified Petition alleging that L.B., born, is a Child in Need of Services (CHINS).
Jerry Burton Sr. is hereby advised that he must respond to such petition in person and/or by counsel within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication. If he does not do so, the relief sought by the Petitioner may be granted in his absence.
