Notice to: Jerry Burton Sr., Address Unknown

Jerry Burton Sr., the father of L.A.B., is hereby notified that the Department of Child Services of Jackson County, Indiana has filed in the Jackson Superior Court, Juvenile Division, Verified Petition alleging that L.B., born December 1, 1998, is a Child in Need of Services (CHNS).

Jerry Burton Sr. is hereby ordered to appear before the Court on the 20th day of August 2008, at 9:00 a.m. in the Courthouse Annex, 220 E. Walnut Street, Brownstown, Indiana for a hearing as ordered by this Court.

If you fail to appear as ordered, the matter may be heard in your absence and a decision made by the Court granting the relief requested in the Petition in your absence.
