Notice

The city of Seymour, 301 N. Chestnut Street, Seymour, IN 47274 intends to discharge storm water into the Mutton Creek - Lower HUC 5120207080020, East Fork, White River - Heddy Run HUC 5120206040030, Mutton Creek - Sandy Branch HUC 5120207080050 and Grassy Fork - Headwaters HUC 5120207090030 watersheds, and is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-13 to discharge storm water run-off associated with municipal separate storm sewer systems.
