Public notice is hereby given that on April 24, 2008, Duke Energy Indiana Inc. filed an Application with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval of a change in its Midwest Independent System Operator Management Cost and Revenue Adjustment Factor under its Standard Contract Rider No. 68 and for an alternative regulatory plan under Ind. Code chapter 8-1-2.5 for approval to exclude certain revenues related to Duke Energy Indiana's transmission projects from the earnings test in fuel adjustment proceedings.
