Notice of Sheriff's Sale

To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0805-MF-63 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff and Todd Van Natta, et al. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, on Oct. 9, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Sheriff of Jackson County located at 150 East State Street, Brownstown, IN 47220, the fee simple title in and to the following described real estate located in Jackson County, Indiana, to wit:

Lot thirty-two (32) Coventry Place, Second Addition

Also: Part of Lot thirty-three (33) in Coventry Place, Second Addition, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the lot; thence North 52 degrees 22 minutes 35 seconds East 85.67 feet to the East corner of the lot; thence North 16 degrees 45 minutes 43 seconds West 16.05 feet along the East lien of the lot; thence South 52 degrees 22 minutes 35 seconds West 82.29 feet to the North line of Dover Court; thence along the North line of a curve to the right 17.63 feet, said curve having a radius of 50 feet and a chord bearing south 06 degrees 23 minutes 14 seconds East 17.54 feet to the point of beginning, in Jackson County, Indiana,

Subject to all easements, variances, mineral interests, encroachments, and other interests of record, and more commonly known as 721 Coventry Drive, Seymour, IN 47274 (Township: Seymour; Parcel No(s): 17-00005476; 17-00005477).**

**The Sheriff's Department does not warrant the accuracy of the street address published herein.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
