Notice of Sheriff's Sale

To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties:

By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0805-MF-54 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1 was Plaintiff, and Richard T. Godsey and Melanie R. Godsey, et al. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 2nd day of Oct., 2008 at the hour(s) of 10:00, of said day, at the office of the Sheriff of Jackson County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

Lot Number ten (10), Block Thirty-Five (35) in the City of Seymour.

Commonly known as: 619 Blish Street, Seymour, IN 47274.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
