Notice of Sheriff's Sale

To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, on Cause No. 36D01-0804-MF-43 wherein HSBC Mortgage Services Inc., was Plaintiff and Lisa M. Hayes and Comfort Financial Services, were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Aug. 28, 2008 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the City County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Room 260, Indianapolis, IN 46204, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana.

Lots Twenty-five (25) and Twenty-six (26) in Block "N" in Butler's Addition to the City of Seymour, in Jackson County, Indiana.

More commonly known as: 704 West Oak St., Seymour, IN 47274.

State Map ID No. 17-19-01-6-6-05000

Subject to all liens, easements and encumbrances of record.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
