Notice To Taxpayers
Of Additional
Appropriations
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Jackson Township, Jackson County, Indiana, that the Jackson Township Board of said county will meet at the Trustee's office in Seymour, Indiana, at 9:00 a.m. on the 15th day of May, 2008, to consider the additional appropriation in excess of the Budget for the current year.
Township Assistance Fund:
Township Government Fund:
Personnel: Past Service employer amount for employees joining the Public Employment Retirement Fund.
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners. The Board will make a determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
