Jerry Burton Sr., the father of J.B. Jr., is hereby notified that the Department of Child Services of Jackson County, Indiana has filed in the Jackson Superior Court, Juvenile Division a Verified Petition terminating the parent-child relationship of J.B. Jr. and T.D. and J.B., the child's parents.

Jerry Burton Sr. is hereby advised that he must respond to such petition in person and/or by counsel within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication. If he does not do so, the relief sought by the Petitioner may be granted in his absence.
