To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties:
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0711-MF-79, wherein National City Bank was plaintiff and James M. Warren, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 3rd day of July, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day at the Office of the Sheriff of Jackson County located at 150 East State Road 250, Brownstown, IN 47220, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Jackson County, Indiana:
Lot eight (8) in Jackson Heights Subdivision in the town of Brownstown. Commonly known as: 510 S. Sugar Street, Brownstown, IN 47220. Parcel No. 13-00000801.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
