Michael Enrique, the Father of P.A.E. and Kimberly Enrique, the mother of P.A.E., is hereby notified that the Department of Child Services of Jackson County, Indiana has filed in the Jackson Superior Court, Juvenile Division, a Verified Petition terminating the parent-child relationship of P.A.E. and K.E. and M.E., the child's parents.

Kimberly Enrique and Michael Enrique are hereby ordered to appear before the Court on the 11th day of July, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the Courthouse Annex, 220 E. Walnuut Street, Brownstown, Indiana for a hearing as ordered by this Court.

If you fail to appear as ordered, the matter may be heard in your absence and a decision made by the Court granting the relief requested in the Petition in your absence.
