Rule 5 Notice
In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that a Notice of Intent will be filed with I.D.E.M. for the construction of an overhead Electric Transmission Line and incidental construction. The linear route will be placed from the Seymour Substation in Jackson County at Co. Rd. 800 and Co. Rd. 500 to Co. Rd. 925 and Co. Rd. 500. The construction of the Transmission Line right of way will commence sometime after June 6, 2008. Receiving waters in Jackson County are White Creek, East Fork White Creek, Beatty Walker Ditch and East Fork White River.
