Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Jackson County Public Library, Jackson County, that the Library Board will meet at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour, IN, on Wednesday, May 14th at 5:15 p.m. for the purpose of considering a proposal to establish a Library Capital Projects Fund and a proposed plan under IC 20-14-13. The Jackson County Council, Jackson County, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 21st at 6:05 p.m. at the Jackson County Courthouse Annex, Brownstown, Indiana, for the purpose of approving the Library Capital Projects Fund Plan for the year 2009, for the Jackson County Public Library.
The following is a general outline of the proposed plan.
