The Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 418 has applied for an Annual Charity Game Night License under Indiana Code 4-32.2-4-7.5. The address location where the Charity Game Night events will be held is 110 E. Sixth St., Seymour, IN. The named of the operators and officers are: John Crane, Tony Herr, William Sponsler, Dennis Brasher, Tony Davis, Matthew Black, Jerry Stein and Robert Niemczynski. Any person can protest the proposed issuance of the Annual Charity Game Night License. Any protest must be postmarked within two weeks of the date this posting appears. The Indiana Gaming Commission shall hold a public hearing if ten (10) written and signed protest letters are received by the Commission.
