Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 418 has applied for an Annual Bingo License, under Indiana Code 4-32.2-4-7.5 with the Indiana Gaming Commission. The address were the bingo events will be held will be 110 E. Sixth St., Seymour, IN. The operators and officers for the organization are: Angela McCleery, Matthew Black, Greg Sutton, Vickie Burrell, Renee Schleter, Ronald Bruemmer, Mike Walden, Tony Herr, Kim Vance, Edward Hall, Ryan Ellison, Dennis Brasher, John Crane, Nick Underwood, William Sponsler and Ralph Mauer. Any person can protest the proposed issuance of the Annual Bingo License. Any protest must be postmarked within two weeks of the date this posting appears. The Commission shall hold a public hearing if ten (10) written and signed protest letters are received by the commission. The address of the Commission where correspondence concerning the application may be send is: Indiana Gaming Commission, Charity Gaming Division, 101 W. Washington St., Suite 1600, East Tower, Indianapolis, IN 46204-3408.
