Notice of Sheriff's Sale

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36C01-0712-MF-108, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Woodbridge Loan Trust 2003-2 Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2003-2 was the Plaintiff, and Louis McReynolds, Sylvia McReynolds and Allied Collection Services Inc. were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 17, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 150 East State Road 250, Brownstown, IN 47220, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Laurel and Maple Streets; thence South along the West line of Maple Street for a distance of 100 feet, said point begin the beginning of this survey of the South 50 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4; thence West and parallel to the South line of Laurel Street for a distance of 100 feet to the East Line of Lot Number 5; thence South along the said Lot line for a distance of 50 feet to the North Line of an East-West Alley, thence East along the said alley line for a distance of 100 feet to the West line of Maple Street, thence North along the said West line of Maple Street for a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning.

The above property being the South one/third (1/3) of Lots Number 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Butler-Murphy's subdivision in the East half of Section 19 Township 6 North, Range 6 East, in Jackson County, Indiana, now within the Corporate limits of the City of Seymour, Indiana.

Commonly known as 306 Maple St., Seymour, Indiana 47274. (hereafter "Real Estate").

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. This is an attempt by a debt collector to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
