Satisfactory Warehouseman's Lien
Pursuant to Indiana Code 32-33-14-1, 2 and 3, a public auction shall be held on the 18th day of May, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. at TLC Mini Storage, 350 Kasting Street, Seymour, Indiana to sell any goods, wares, or merchandise stored at TLC Mini Storage by Jason Lynch, Allen McFarlin, Amanda Lucas, Mary Krumme, Edward Ginger, Roxanne Simpson, Monica Henry, Terri Hanner, Mardel Hughs, Jared Hardy and Jennifer Newland to satisfy a warehousemen's lien. The goods to be sold include all tangible personal property stored at TLC Mini Storage by the individuals mentioned above.
