Seymour Plan Commission - Most Recent Agenda

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE SEYMOUR PLAN COMMISSION:

This will be the agenda for the Seymour Plan Commission meeting to be held on November 12, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 301 N. Chestnut Street, Seymour. Enter side door off of 3rd Street.

B.Z.A.-O-18-09: Marvin Huffman / Daniel R. Brock, Petitioner. Petitioner is requesting to vary from R-1 to R-2 zoning for the property located at 222 Marley Lane to allow a 2 unit apartment building on the property.
