Notice of Sheriff's Sale

To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties:

By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0708-MF-56 wherein EverHome Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Melinda J. Guthrie was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of Aug., 2008 at the hour(s) of 10:00, of said day, at the office of the Sheriff of Jackson County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

Lot number one hundred fifteen (115) in Eastgate Village Third Addition, to the City of Seymour. Commonly known as: 1131 Dunbar Drive, Seymour, IN 47274.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
