Notice of Sheriff’s Sale

To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36C01-0908-MF-67 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff and Jose M. Almaraz and Jaquelina Rivera Barron, et al. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, on Feb. 4, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. located at the office of the Sheriff of Jackson County located at 150 East State Street, Brownstown, IN 47220, the fee simple title in and to the following described real estate located in Jackson County, Indiana, to wit:

Lot forty-nine (49) in Ashwood Subdivision, Section 4, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Record 7, pages 905-906, in Jackson County, Indiana, subject to all easements, variances, mineral interests, encroachments, and their interests of record, and more commonly known as 1907 Beverly Blvd., Seymour, IN 47274 (Township: Jackson, Parcel No: 33-66-21-103-050.000-008).

The Sheriff Department does not warrant the accuracy of the street address published herein.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
