To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties:

By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0911-MF-103 wherein U.S. Bank N.A. was Plaintiff, and Jorge A. Diaz, et al. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of April, 2010 at the hour(s) of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 150 E. SR 250, Brownstown, IN 47220, Jackson County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

Lot one hundred eighteen (118) in Eastgate Village Third Addition, to the City of Seymour, in Jackson County, Indiana.

Commonly known as: 641 Audubon Court, Seymour, IN 47274.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
