To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from then Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause Number 36D01-0809-MF-119, wherein U.S. Bank, NA, was Plaintiff, and William Albert Grace, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of December, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible at Jackson County, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in 502 North Jackson Street, Crothersville, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
An unplatted tract of ground within the corporate limits of the town of Crothersville, in Jackson County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: commencing at the northwest corner of the east half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 10, township 4 north, range 6 east, and running south with the line dividing the east half and west half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said section 10 a distance of 199 feet, go east 194 feet, thence east 105 feet, more or less to Jackson Street; thence south 78 feet to the true point of beginning, thence south 78 feet, thence west 105 feet, thence north 78 feet, thence east 105 feet to the true point of beginning, in Jackson County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 502 North Jackson Street, Crothersville, IN.
Parcel # 36-46-10-402-020.000-016.
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation of appraisement laws.
