To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties:

By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0903-MF-28 wherein EverHome Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Mary B. Kerr and Derrick T. Kerr, et al, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of Feb., 2010 at the hour(s) of 10:00 a.m., of said day, at 150 E. SR 250, Brownstown, IN 47220 Jackson County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

A 1.00 acre tract being a part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, Brownstown Township, Jackson County, Indiana described as follows:

Commencing at the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, an assumed bearing, along the West line of said quarter-quarter section and along the approximate center line of County Road 50 West, a distance of 162.55 feet to the point of beginning of the description; thence continuing South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the west line of said quarter-quarter section and along the approximate center lien of County Road 50 West, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 52 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 366.78 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence North 52 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 366.78 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.00 acres, more or less.

Commonly known as: 2065 South County Road 50 West, Brownstown, IN 47220.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
