To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties:

By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 34C01-0906-MF-59 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2001-B, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2001-B was Plaintiff, and Herschel D. Rose and Linda S. Rose, et al. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 4 day of Feb., 2010 at the hour(s) of 10:00 a.m., of said day, at 150 E. SR 250, Brownstown, IN 47220 Jackson County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

Lot numbered five hundred one (501) in Block 16 in the City of Seymour, Indiana.

Commonly known as: 523 East 4th Street, Seymour, IN 47274.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
