On or about January 22, 2010, the City of Seymour intends to apply to the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority for a grant from the State Community Development Block Grant Program. This program is funded by Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. These funds are to be used for economic development, public facilities, and housing developments. The purpose of this application shall be for a homeowner repair and improvement grant program to assist homes within the Seymour city limits.
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, November 12 at 12:00 noon at the Seymour Community Center, 107-109 S.
