Notice of Sheriff’s Sale

To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties:

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0906-MF-68, wherein Chase Home Finance LLC was plaintiff and Michelle M. Henson, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of December, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 150 East State Road 250, Brownstown, IN 47220, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Jackson County, Indiana.

Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Six (6) North, Range Six (6) East, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of U.S. Highway 31, which point is 315 feet South of the Northwest Corner of Section 26; thence Eastward at right angles 417.4 feet; thence South parallel with the highway 104.35 feet; thence Westward 417.4 feet to the center of the highway; thence North along the center line of the highway 104.35 feet to the point of beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less.

More common known as: 3939 N. U.S. Highway 31, Seymour, IN 47274.

Parcel No. 36-66-76-200-009.000-008.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
