Notice To Bidders
Official notice is hereby given that the City of Seymour will receive sealed bids at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer in city hall, 301 N. Chestnut St. until 11:00 a.m. on December 1, 2009 for the following items.
Contracts for 2010 for the following supplies.
Item #1, Stone
Item #2, Concrete
Item #3, Fuel
Each bidder may pick up the required bidding forms and special provisions at the office of the clerk-treasurer. A certified check or bond in the amount of $500 shall be enclosed with each bid. The Board of Works reserves the rights to reject any and all bids. Successful bids will be awarded at the December 10, 2009 Boards of Works meeting.
