Official notice is hereby given that the City of Seymour will hold two public hearings in order to distribute information and plans and received questions concerning the follow projects:
1) 3rd Street storm water separation project
2) 3rd Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements
3) Von Fange Ditch extension project
Said hearings are scheduled for Tuesday, December 15 and Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 301 N. Chestnut Street. All interested parties are urged to attend to be aware of the upcoming mandated projects.
