Notice of Sheriff's Sale

To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, on Cause No. 36D01-0804-MF-41 wherein HSBC Mortgage Services Inc., was Plaintiff and Trent A. Turner, Sonya D. Turner and Irwin Union Bank and Trust, were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Aug. 28, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the Jackson County Sheriff's Department, 150 E. State Road 250, Brownstown, IN 47220, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana.

Lot six (6) and the East half of Lot seven (7) in Sandy Knob Subdivision, Section one (1) in Jackson Township.

More commonly known as: 10241 East Sandy Knob Drive, Seymour, IN 47274.

Subject to all liens, easements and encumbrances of record.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
