By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 16, 2009, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Jackson County, in Jackson County, Indiana, located at 150 E. State Road 250, Brownstown, IN 47220 on December 17, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., Local time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Jackson County, Indiana, to-wit:
A 3.0 tract being a part of the South half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Four (4) North Range Six (6) East, Vernon Township, described as follows: Commencing at a cut nail, found in place, at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 3; said found cut nail being located North 89 degrees 35 minutes 07 seconds West, an assumed bearing, a distance of 1330.85 feet from a cut nail, found in place, at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 3; thence North 00 degrees 23 minutes 44 seconds East along the West line of said quarter-quarter section, a distance of 1319.96 feet to a rebar, placed this survey, at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 3, said place rebar being the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing North 00 degrees 23 minutes 44 seconds East along the West line of said quarter quarter section, a distance of 200.00 feet to a rebar, placed this survey; thence North 89 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 653.44 feet to a rebar, placed this survey; thence South 00 degrees 23 minutes 44 seconds West, a distance of 200.00 feet to a rebar, placed this survey on the South line of said quarter quarter section; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds West along the South line of said quarter quarter section (and passing thru a rebar found in place at 222.53 feet and a rebar found in place at 273.45 feet) a total distance of 653.44 feet to the place of beginning and containing 3.0 acres, more or less in Jackson County, Indiana.

This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith (see Indiana Code).
It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Jackson County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
Taken as the property of the Defendant(s) stated above at the suit of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Said sale to be without relief from valuation and/or appraisement laws.
