Notice of Sheriff's Sale

To the owners of the within described real estate and all interested parties:

By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0802-MF-19 wherein U.S. Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Kendall D. Bannister, et al. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 7th day of Aug., 2008 at the hour(s) of 10:00, of said day, at the office of the Sheriff of Jackson County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

Lot sixty (60) and the west one-half of sixty-one (61) each in Block "G" in the town of Woodstock, and being a part of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section seven (7), township six (6) north, range six (6) east, in Jackson County, Indiana.

Commonly known as: 211 East 11th Street, Seymour, IN 47274.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
