Notice of Sheriff's Sale

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0803-MF-27, wherein LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the registered holders of GSAMP Trust 2005-AHL2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AHL2 was the Plaintiff, and Fred S. Yutzy; Mary L. Yutzy; Human Services Inc., and Personal Finance Company were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Aug. 14, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 150 E. State Road 250, Brownstown, IN 47220, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

The east half of Lot Number Two (2) in Crawford's Subdivision, Jackson Township, Jackson County, Indiana. ALSO: Lot numbered one (1) in Crawford's Subdivision, Jackson Township, Jackson County, Indiana, more commonly known as: 1233 East 4th Street, Seymour, IN 47274.

Commonly known as 1223 East Fourth Street Road, Seymour, Indiana 47274 (hereafter "Real Estate").

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. This is an attempt by a debt collector to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
