    Cynthia Acton, 35, North Vernon, warrant for two counts of purchasing over three grams of pseudoephedrine, $550 bond, 4:50 p.m. Thursday.


    Shannon Lee, 36, Columbus, warrant for failure to appear for initial hearing for purchasing over three grams of pseudoephedrine, no bond, 4:45 a.m. Thursday.


    Robert Caudill, 37, Seymour, was arrested by Indiana State Police on a warrant for probation violation, no bond, 12:07 a.m. Thursday.


    NORTH VERNON


    Eberto Garcia, 23, Mexico, operator never licensed, $2,500 bond, 11:40 p.m. Thursday.
