BROWNSTOWN - The fourth annual Snowflake Bazaar takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the Brownstown United Methodist Church and adjoining annex at Walnut and Poplar streets.
Thirty local craft vendors are expected to be on hand with items such as jewelry, gourmet candy, paintings, scented wax tarts and candles and wooden toys. There also will be items in the White Elephant Room.
A luncheon will be available starting at 10:30 a.m. with chili, chicken noodle and broccoli cheese soups, hot dog, western, and Coney sandwiches, a variety of homemade desserts and drinks.
The Themed Basket Silent Auction will go until 2:45 p.m. at the bazaar.
A king/queen-sized quilt made by the church's Peace through Pieces quilting group will be raffled. Tickets are $1 each, six for $5, 12 for $10 and 25 for $20. They are available from any church member or at the church. You do not have to be present to win the baskets or the quilt.
The church is handicapped accessible to all areas with ramps and an elevator.
