Burglary suspect held

A 21-year-old Austin man wanted for burglary was arrested in southern Jackson County on Friday afternoon, according to a report from the Indiana State Police Post at Seymour.
According to the post, Jonathan D. Clark of the 8200 block of South County Road 850E in Scott County was arrested by Trooper Anthony Brishaber who was patrolling on County Road 825E in Jackson County when he stopped a man walking in the area.
A computer check of the man’s license identified him as Clark, who was wanted on a warrant for burglary, police said.
Clark was booked into the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown at 1:21 p.m. Friday, and he remained in jail on a $50,005 bond Sunday evening.
