Fair to welcome Miss America 2009 Katie Stam

BROWNSTOWN - Miss America 2009 Katie Stam will sing, help young spellers and pose for pictures July 27 at the Jackson County Fair.
"We have everything confirmed," fair board member Donald Cummings said Thursday afternoon.
