Foreclosures 7/02/09

The following foreclosures recently were filed with the Jackson County Clerk's office in Brownstown. Cases are assigned to Jackson Circuit Court or Jackson Superior Court I through a random drawing. The new filings include:

BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Inc., v. Gale L. Hawkins and Paula S. Hawkins, both of 982 Sunset Lane, Seymour, and Beneficial Indiana Inc. dba Beneficial Mortgage Co., for property at 982 Sunset Lane, Seymour, filed June 12.

Chase Home Finance LLC v. Michelle M. Henson and Jimmie V. Henson, both of Eudora, Kan., PHH Mortgage Corp. and unknown occupant, for property at 3939 U.S. 31, Seymour, filed June 11.

Citimortage Inc. v. Robert W. Brooking, no address available, for property at 644 E. 15th St., Seymour, filed June 8.

Deutsch Bank National Trust Co. as trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CHS, Asset-backed, pass-through certificates, series 2007-CHS v. Vera E. Waggoner and Dwight D. Waggoner, both of 6810 N. Poplar St., Freetown, and Everhome Mortgage Co., for property at 6810 N. Poplar St., Freetown, filed June 3.
