Foreclosure 11/30/09

The following mortgage foreclosure recently was filed with the Jackson County Clerk’s office at the courthouse in Brownstown. Complaints are assigned to Jackson Circuit or Jackson Superior Court I through a random drawing. The new foreclosures include:

CIRCUIT COURT

U.S. Bank National Association as trustee for the benefit of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., asset-backed, pass-through certificates Series 2007-AHL2 v. Sharon Roberts and Andy Roberts, both of Ponchatoula, La., and occupants of 5687 N. Sandy Creek Drive, Seymour, for property at 5687 N. Sandy Creek Drive, filed Nov. 19.
