Library extends Food for Fines
Comments 0Jackson County Public Library in Seymour, Crothersville and Medora has extended the Food for Fines program through Monday.
Donations of nonperishable food items collected in lieu of fines are given to the Human Services Food Pantry, Anchor House and Community Provisions in Seymour, at First Baptist Church and the FFA/Fire Department drive in Crothersville and the Christmas food drive conducted by the Medora Christian Church.
Because of community need, donations from people without library fines are encouraged. These may be delivered to the checkout desks at any library location.
