Foreclosures 10-16-08

The following foreclosures recently were filed with the Jackson County Clerk's office in the courthouse at Brownstown. Cases are assigned to Jackson Circuit Court or Jackson Superior Court I through a random drawing. The new filings include:


CIRCUIT

Harrison Drive, John Doe and Jane Doe, Household Finance Corp., for property at 122 S. Harrison Drive, Seymour, filed Sept. 29.


HSBA USA National Association as trustee for ACE 2006-NC1 v. Richard T. Godsey aka Richard Thomas Godsey, Melanie R. Godsey, both of 218 Calvin Blvd., Seymour, Wells Fargo Bank as trustee for Option One Mortgage loan trust 2006-1 asset-backed certificates, series 2006-1 and Wells Fargo Bank, for property at 411 W. Second St., Seymour, Oct. 3.


HSBC Bank USA, National Association as indenture trustee v. Amy L. Burton, 1454 Scarlett Drive, Seymour, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Resmae Corp and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as trustees under pooling and servicing agreement dated as of May 1, 2007, securitized asset backed receivable LLC Trust 2007-BR3 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2007-BR3, for property at 1454 Scarlett Drive, Seymour, Sept. 25.
