Battery, 2700 block Bent Tree Lane, Seymour, 3 p.m. Thursday.

Theft, County Road 150N and Indiana 135, Brownstown, 9:01 a.m. Thursday.

SEYMOUR
Possible intoxicated motorist, Tipton and Chestnut streets, 3:29 a.m. today. John Kevin Phelps, 43, Seymour, was arrested for driving while under the influence and blood alcohol content 0.08 or greater.

Medical problem involving a male not moving, 700 block Miller Lane, 10:39 p.m. Thursday.

Report of possible stalking involving a male in a black car, 300 block South Park Drive, 7:22 p.m. Thursday. Enrique Maraco Chavez, 31, Seymour, was arrested for operating while never having received a driver's license.

Traffic offense, Circle and O'Brien streets, 7:07 p.m. Thursday. Dustin Lynn Robbins, 27, Seymour, was arrested for driving while suspended prior.

Neglect, 100 block South Pine Street, 6:46 p.m. Thursday.

Theft of a toolbox, no address listed, 5:55 p.m. Thursday.

Theft of a stroller, 303 W. Second St., 4:25 p.m. Thursday.
Runaway girl, no address listed, 3:29 p.m. Thursday.

Harassment involving a female in a white truck throwing items at people in the front yard of a residence, 600 block Noble Street, 3:12 p.m. Thursday.

Report of a bicycle taken from a yard and second bicycle left there, 303 S. Airport Road, 2:27 p.m. Thursday.

Theft, Wal-Mart Supercenter, 1600 E. Tipton St., 1:52 p.m. Thursday.

Personal injury wreck, Community Drive at Second Street, 1:14 p.m. Thursday.

Personal injury wreck, 400 block East Tipton Street, 10:12 a.m. Thursday.

Traffic offense, South O'Brien Street, 9:15 a.m. Thursday. Bernardo Rogue Hernandez, 38, Seymour, was arrested for operating while never having received a driver's license.
