Person recovered a stolen go-cart sticking out of the river, 8395 E. 300 S., Seymour, 3:11 p.m. Wednesday.

For two days a suspicious vehicle stops in front of the residence and sits there, the caller watched her and the vehicle drove away fast, 2840 S. 600 E., Seymour, 9:50 a.m. Wednesday.
