Medical problem involving a male not moving, 700 block Miller Lane, 10:39 p.m. Thursday.

Report of possible stalking involving a male in a black car, 300 block South Park Drive, 7:22 p.m. Thursday. Enrique Maraco Chavez, 31, Seymour, was arrested for operating while never having received a driver's license.

Traffic offense, Circle and O'Brien streets, 7:07 p.m. Thursday. Dustin Lynn Robbins, 27, Seymour, was arrested for driving while suspended prior.
