Lawrence Circuit Judge Andrea McCord reversed an Oct. 11, 2005, decision allowing a special exception for a confined feeding operation near Reddington. She said Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals acted with insufficient evidence and that it violated the Indiana Open Door Law during its meeting.
