The Trinity boys basketball team fell to 1-2 on the season after a 68-60 loss on Tuesday night at Hauser.

Bradley Tabeling was the Cougars' leading scorer with 17 points, followed by Tyler Pottschmidt's 16 points and Brandt Frische's 13.

The Trinity JV squad lost its opener 26-23.

Also on Tuesday, the Seymour boys and girls swim teams traveled to Jeffersonville for their season opener. But the Red Devils claimed wins, taking the boys meet 96-84 and the girls meet 108-78.

Full results from both events were not available by press time Tuesday night, so look for a box score and other information from the basketball game and individual results from the swim meet in Thursday's print edition of The Tribune and online at tribtown.com.
