Graessle team first in Habitat event

The team of George Graessle, Casey Combs, Mark Combs and Danny Moore shot a 15-under par 55 to place first Saturday in the Jackson County Habitat for Humanity golf tournament at Seymour Country Club.

The team of Tyler Lewis, Jared Rude, Greg Marshall and Huy Doan also shot 55, but Graessle's team was awarded first place on a backward check of the scorecards.

Third place: Ron Runge, Joe Farmer, Chip Petro, Becky Ward, 57.

Long drive No. 6: George Graessle.

Long putt No. 9: Rich Runge.

Closest to pin No. 7: Greg Marshall.
