Patriots fall in MSC volleyball tournament
Comments 0 | Recommend 0FRANKFORT, Ky. — The University of the Cumberlands volleyball team lost to Lindsey Wilson College on Nov. 10 in the Mid-South Conference Tournament.
The four-set loss ended the Patriots’ season at 17-21 overall and 7-7 in the conference.
Cumberlands freshman and 2009 Seymour High School graduate Chelsea Hendrix had 11 defensive digs in the game.
Throughout the season, Hendrix remained at second on the team with her digs-per-set average, and she ended the season in that spot. She averaged 2.82 digs per set and had a total of 305 digs through 108 sets played.
