2 Seymour men sentenced in separate drug cases

BROWNSTOWN

Two Seymour men recently received prison terms in Jackson Circuit Court in Brownstown after pleading guilty to drug charges in separate cases.

The most recent involves Ryan O’Neal, 38, of 218 Birch St. in Seymour. He received a six-year prison term from Senior Judge Bill Vance after pleading guilty to the Class B felony charge of attempted dealing in methamphetamine on April 23. O’Neal was represented by Seymour attorney Stephen Pierson.

In another case, David Ragan, 28, of 136 Kimberly Ave., Seymour, received a nine-year prison term from Vance after pleading guilty to dealing in a controlled substance, a Class B felony. Ragan was represented by North Vernon attorney Bradley Kage.
